Our company’s issued capital is 10,000,000 TL, divided into 2,000,000 (A) group registered shares and 8,000,000 (B) group bearer shares, each with a nominal value of 1 TL. The total share capital has been fully paid in, free from any collusion.
The registered capital ceiling is 300,000,000 TL, and the Capital Markets Board’s approval for this ceiling is valid for five years (2024-2028).
